Before I even get into this recipe, set yourself up for success by making this when you can let it marinate for two days. Trust me. One sleep, two sleep, and then feast on the juiciest grilled Jujeh Kabab you evah made.

INGREDIENTS

4 boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 2 inch cubes

1 large onion, peeled and sliced

2 teaspoons saffron threads

1 tablespoon turmeric

2 teaspoons paprika

1/3 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice

1/4 cup olive oil

salt + pepper to taste

**Psst every time I make this recipe, I double/triple the quantity easy because I never want the leftovers to end

METHOD

Prepare your chicken breasts and place them in a large bowl.

Slice onion, add it to your bowl.

Mix all the remaining ingredients to create the marinade and pour it over the chicken. Mix well so every piece of chicken is drowning in deliciousness.

Cover your bowl and refrigerate for 48 hours (please! it'll be worth it!).

Place your chicken out on the counter 45 before you plan on grilling.

Skewer the chicken.

And grill baby, over high heat until an internal thermometer reads 165 degrees F. Enjoy!

(You can airfry or broil this chicken, as well. It’s perfect no matter what. 😘)
