I adore this recipe, and so do all of my family and friends. It’s a forever staple.

Reenie Karim calls these her mango cardamom cookies, while I think of them as “mango lassi cookies.” Whatever you call them, they’re absolutely worth every bit of effort they take.

I love serving these cookies at parties, gifting them for Eid, or making a few batches just for myself 🙊. They never last long, and everyone always wants more.
